help!
my 9360 kept rebooting itself yesterday. i looked up another forum and i worked out that it was because it needed a critical software update.
the update itself took all night, then when i woke up this morning, it asked me to 'verify the data' and then it went on to 2 loading bars, with the bottom one saying 'overall backup process' and it has now stopped dead on 13%, with the top bar saying 'social feeds'
i have tried turning it off/on again and again,
i have tried rebooting it a couple times by taking the battery out.
it still turns on and comes to this screen where it does not respond to any buttons (apart from lock, but it goes black and then comes back on again within about 10 seconds)

Hi katieyeah,
Welcome to the Support Community!
To resolve this issue, please try to reload your BlackBerry® Device Software using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software from a PC. For more information, please see the following KB article. "How to force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader" http://bbry.lv/L13o3O
Pleaes note that this process will remove all data and applications from your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9360 smartphone. You will need a previously taken backup file to restore data from.
Hope this helps.
