Straighttalk 9310 701 bundle v7.1.0.768 platform 5.1.0.562

The service worked great for the first week or so and then one day, I lost all data transfer and am unable to access email. Talk and text work fine. I checked with the carrier and they claim data is fine on their end and started walking me through a battery pull, then registering host and a push and another battery pull.

Mercifully, I got disconnected after the register text came through. I'm not sure I could have gotten through the process with the language barrier we had. Could you please give me some direction on how to proceed? Any help is immensely appreciated.

Have you try using the Blackberry Device Analyzer?

Option>Device>Advance System Setting>Blackberry Device Analyzer>Cellular Network Connection Issues.

That string isn't valid in my handset. Under Advanced System Settings, I have Service Book, Browser Push, Default Services, Host Routing Table, TCP IP and Legal Documentation.

On the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options
Hold the ALT key and type BBDA ( ALT + BBDA)
The message enabled in options application will appear on the screen.

Worked perfectly. The scan passed on everything except "Blackberry Ready."  Where should I go next?

ok, Seems like their is a issue with blackberry services.
Is the Blackberry Logo Showing on the top left corner??

You will have to try this again Options Icon > Device> Advance system setting > Hosting routing Table > Menu Key which is the Blackberry Logo Key on the phone keyboard - Find Register in the menu

Top right hand corner of the screen between 3G and the signal strength .

 

I did the register and the sms came through right after.

This issue maybe network issue not a software or hardware issue from the blackberry device. Since everything else seem to be working fine.
