Low battery indicator from your third party application Advanced OS and LED.

Open the app and find the low battery notifications and turn off the homescreen notification.

buahahahaha lol 

 

I had the same icon earlier this week after an upgrade of the same app... it is by default enabled ON to 30% if I recall correctly.

I just updated mine this morning and didn't touch it... so it looks like it kicks in before 35
