My Device: curve 9360

Switching

I have a new Q10 and I am trying to transfer everything over from my curve, the 10 is asking me for my bbid and I can't remember my password or recovery question.  My carrier is of no help at all!  I have checked under device but it comes up "unable to access account"  Can anyone help?  SO frustrated
