I have a little symbol on my home screen and don't know what this is. It is a RED triangle with an exclamation point in the middle of it and it has 57 next to it. What is this and how do I get rid of it?

Find the application alerting you to "something" and clear those notifications.
It sounds like PERHAPS a weather application. BerryWeather, BeWeather, WeatherBug... anything like that sound familar to you?

I have the same thing on mine. How do I find the notifications? I can't seem to find a way to get them to clear them. There are no alerts on weather bug, weather channel, etc.

@Farmwife, keep looking, it's absolutely one of your third party applications like BerryWeather.
See, I don't know which applications you have so I can't tell you which one it is, and there for even can't tell you where in the application to look.

I have a red exclamation on my accuweather but can't figure out how to get rid of it. I just found this and have tried to get rid of it. I can click on it, but don't see a way to delete it.

Ok, I don't use Accuweather, but in that application look for the Weather Alerts or something like Warnings, etc., check all the different screens and options. There's something there, you're on the right track for sure.

I have found flood warning and flash flood warning but can't click on it. The only box there is more information and that doesn't seem to give me a way to delete any that might be hiding there. It says no active warnings. I wonder if I should just get rid of that app.

On my BerryWeather, just reading the alerts clears them, I don't have to "delete" them, if that makes sense.
But yeah, you could delete the application at Options > Applications.

I deleted accuweather and got rid of the symbol. Thank you for helping me. I really appreciate it.
