Sync contacts from Windows Live Mail 2011

How do I import the contacts from the new windows live mail to a blackberry curve 9300? (have tried a .csv file but not successful)

Thanks for your reply - I've had a few more goes and I think you're probably right in that it does work - it's just that my address book is probably a bit messed up in terms of how the information is stored. I'll try to tidy up the address book and have another go.

Can some tell me in a step by step guide how to do this? When I first got my blackberry curve 9300 I managed to sync but then realised that the contacts were in a mess so I tied up the contacts in Windows live, security cleared the BB and cleared my sim and when I synced again the contacts appeared on the BB in the same format as when they were in a mess!

Can anyone help me please
