Re: Texting Problem

Hi and welcome to the forums!

There is an incorrect Service Center number configured on the device.

Here's the link you'll need to fix it.

Thanks,

KB20245 "Invalid Mandatory Information" when trying to send a text message

From the home screen on the BlackBerry device:
1) Options
2) SMS Text
3) Verify the 'Service Center' number is correct, and has a leading '+' before the number.

Try putting 1 after the +.  Please let me know if this works for you.

Re: Texting Problem

Hi,

This was caused by the first problem. Here's a link to see if you can get back in sync.

Sounds like Al Pacino wrote that error message! :Surrender:

Thanks,
