The White Screen of Death

I received an email from Blackberry saying a new SIM card had been installed.  It had not since March.  We followed the link and tried to follow the instructions.  We did a hard reboot by taking the battery out, waiting a minute, and then putting it back in.  About half way through, the screen went blank white, and we have not been able to get it to do anything else.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums. 

 

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry® smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
