Touch screen to sensitive

I would like to know how can I adjust my screen that it is not too sensitive. When I get a call and my ear touches the screen my phone goes on mute please help. I have tried the phone settings but its not helping. How can I disable the screen during calls

Please use plain text.

Re: Touch screen to sensitive

You can't adjust the sensitivity, but the BlackBerry should recognize you're on a call and not allow your face to mute calls, etc. It does happen to me occasionally.

You might want to try a third party app like TalkLock or such. Check AppWorld.
