Touchpad not working after Factory reset through Desktop manager os6 BB 9300 curve

sir,

      I tried to factory rest my blackberry curve 9300 through desktop manager but the thing is after booting up im getting a licence agreement popup but im unable to scroll down.

dont know why ?? :smileysad:

please help me

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your device.

 

Did your trackpad function normally before you did the reset?

If you reboot by pulling the battery, are you then able to scroll down on the agreement?
