Track pad problem

Hi  i have a blackberry curve 9300  and when i scroll down using the track pad it goes down then shoots up the page

 

How can i fix this ?

 

please help

Have you done a battery pull restart , do it like this while your device is Powered On remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back, after reboot see if problem resolves.

If a Battery Pull is unable to fix the issue then please refer to this Knowledge Base :

 

KB29640 : Trackpad ,trackball, or keyboard not working on a BlackBerry Smartphone.

 

Try it to see if that helps in resolving your issue.
