We have a weird issue with this Curve 9360. The trackpad doesn't work ONLY while composing an email. It works to scroll through email and all other apps.
The software is all up to date, battery pulled and replaced and all.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for the tip. I ended trying to see if reactivating on the BES would fix it. It did. I didn't know about the trackpad sensitivity setting though so if I ever run into that odd issue again, I will try it.
