Trackpad doesn't work!

I have only had my BlackBerry for just over a year and I have had issues with my trackpad becoming stuck and have managed to solve this issue with a "battery pull" or holding down on the trackpad and it will work as normal. However, now it has remained stuck despite a 5 minute "battery pull" and my previous methods haven't worked either. Could anyone offer some advice because I can neither scroll or click and it is becoming very frustrating.

If battery pulls are not working then you may consider reinstalling/updating device OS. This is help resolve the issue if its related to software. But if that fails then you have to consider replacing trackpad. You can get those from amazon.com at cheaper cost.
