Trouble to Add New Contact and Edit Contact BB Curve 9300

Hai,

 

I cannot ADD NEW CONTACT or EDIT MY CONTACT in my Blackberry 9300 ver 6 OS. 

 

It hangging and appear message says: Uncaught exeption : net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(289) is not responding. Process terminated.

 

Please advise me how to solve the problem. Thank you in advance to help.

If you have recently updated any of the IM apps (windows live, yahoo messenger, gtalk) delete these and reboot your phone - there is an issue with the recent updates.
