Hi,
Since my phone updated the appworld app I haven't been able to actually use the app. I've redownloaded a bucnh of times, but even if it says that the app is there when i click on it , it just won't open.

First of all if you had not performed a battery pull restart then please try it like this Device POWERED ON remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back ,wait till your device takes a long reboot. then have a try.

Hi,
I tried their batterypuul restart still no luck on making the app work. Any other suggestions ?

If a Battery Pull Restart is unable to resolve , Then please try it again as mentioned :
First On your HomeScreen Go to Options > Device > Application Management > Then scroll down to App World the Delete App World from there .After that perform a Battery Pull Restart as mentioned on above post.Then from your BlackBerry Browser click or type www.blackberry.com/appworld and download again .
Please try it and see if that resolves your problem.

thanks a lot the battery Pull restart and deleting the app worked, my blackberry app world app is back and functional ![]()
