URGENT PLEASE HELP!

so i was in the process of upgrading my 8310 to 4.5 and i stepped on the cord and it unplugged. now the phone wont turn on and the red light is flashing please dont tell me my phone is ruined....help Smiley Sad

Try pulling the battery out with the phone on and leave it out for 30 seconds replace it and allow the phone 1-3 minutes to reboot. If it does or doesn't reboot or does something else please let us know and we will go from there.

thanks for responding and i tried the battery pull and still nothing except the blinking light...
