Re: URGENTLY NEED ADVICE AND HELP

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please understand that it's a little difficult to understand your post, since it has so very little punctuation. Understanding of your situation is, of course, necessary by those who would wish to help you before any useful actual help can be provided. Nevertheless, I'll provide a guess based on what I think you were trying to say there...

Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB):

  1. With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
  2. Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
  3. Remove the battery
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Insert the battery
  6. Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does

This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.

It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:

  1. Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
  2. Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens

The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem.

If the result is your battery, then replacement would be in order (note please that these batteries do not like to be fully drained...they can be damaged permanently, and rendered useless when such happens). If the result is your BB, then other remedies may be in order to attempt to resolve the situation, or at least narrow down to a reasonable conclusion as to a root cause.

Good luck and let us know!

Re: URGENTLY NEED ADVICE AND HELP

Basically on saturday night my battery drained itself and i didnt know

Morning i checked my blackberry and i seen black screen so i've plugged it to wall charge and i thought it will come back on

But it was showing charging icon on black display and after 30 seconds it was showing a battery icon with red  X on display

Tried

- charging it from usb from pc

- wall charging for 24 hours

- taking battery off waiting and putting it back in

- charging with battery removed

 But unfortunetly nothing works :smileysad:

Re: URGENTLY NEED ADVICE AND HELP

Thanks for the clarification, that helps. From what you have said, you have not yet tried what I recommended above, and that remains my recommendation. Please try those steps as written.

Good luck!
