Unable to Power On

Hi there!

I have an 8520 that simply will not power on! its so frustrating because i use it for everything! all of a sudden it just switched off and ever since ive tried to revive but it just does not seem possible, any help would be much appreciated!

but also just for your info, ive been trawling through forums for the past week! and have not come to any success, i have come across JL_CMDR but that has also not had any sucess due to it not recognising my device and its such a shame :Helpsmilie: so it keeps returning to the main screen where you choose your option

Also currently running on the O2 network but the worst thing is i have an expired warranty :smileysad:

Please give me some glimmer of hope!!

[ Edited ]

Since you didn't state that you have done so... Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

I am guessing you will return and say that you have already done that, but I can't assume you have.

And finally, if JL_Cmder does not work, follow this instructional:
