Unable to change the wireless syncronizing from no to yes

I have tried numerous times to change my blackberry from no to yes to allow wireless syncronizing from my phone to my server and it will not allow me to change from no to yes. What am i doing wrong?

Is your BB carrier account BES provisioned?

I DON'T THINK SO. WHAT IS BES PROVISIONED.  IF I AM ABLE TO GET MY E-MAILS WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO WIRELESSLY SYNC MY CONTACTS OR CALENDERS?

Re: Unable to change the wireless syncronizing from no to yes

Please don't shout in ALL CAPS, not good manners on forums.

If you are on a personal BIS account, you won't have wireless sync of the calendar, address book, tasks and memos; that only occurs on BES.

Re: Unable to change the wireless syncronizing from no to yes

I apologize for all caps, wasn't paying attention, I didn't think of that, although i am aware of the All CAPS being referred to as yelling, I did't think it was taken that serious. So excuse me for my bad manners.

I understand the issue now, guess wireless synicing isn't a option for me then.

Thanks for you help!

Re: Unable to change the wireless syncronizing from no to yes

you can have wireless reconciliation for messages if you use an imap4 server for your emails. for example, Google Mail or Yahoo!Mail.
for calendar you can have wireless synchronization if you use Google Calendar with the Google Mobile Sync.
for mail contacts, you can if you use Google Mail with the Google Mobile Sync.
