Unable to connect to requested server...

Ok so now I have been trolled with this router and BB device for more than 3 weeks. With very slow browsing that mostly fails by saying "Unable to find the requested server" I have a Dlink router model 2730u. I tried restarting the router, resetting it, scanning for the wifi connection, restarting my BB device, Removing the battery for minutes are restarting again. ALL failed. I am seriously disappointed at this device. Any hope to fix this very annoying issue?

Are you able to go online without the help of Wifi, i meant using BB service? not sure whether that makes any sense ...just curious :smileywink:

Thanks for the reply.

 

You can try rebooting the device by rmoving th battery With power ON, r

 

1.Remove the back cover and pull out the battery.

2.Wait  fo a minute then replace the battery .

3.Turn the power back on and wait patiently through the long reboot  :smileywink:

I 've the same issue with ma bold only when the wifi signal is low,Could you please give us some more information 1.Do you have the same issue with bb device with other wifi networks,apart from the one which you normally use? 2.If your answer is No then please try updating the router Firmware.
