Hi, Please help, its driving me nuts!!
I bought my son a Blackberry Curve 9320 and have upgraded sim contract to get the blackberry internet, messenging etc.
My son had logged on using his friends ID (no patience!!), and was unable to remember all his passwords etc to use his own account. I have now changed all the details, new ID, password etc but it still keeps locking me out saying the password is incorrect, even though three of us havve sat and checked all the details on the laptop as well as the phone!
Please give me some advice as its pushing me over the edge!!

I hope you have created a new BlackBerry ID for your son which is now associated with that device.This newer version of BBM7 integrates with our BlackBerry ID so first of all try to reset your BlackBerry ID password ,please check this Knowledge Base :
