Unable to purchase bbm

Recently my blackberry messenger ran out so i topped up to get it back but my network says sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties ever time . Does any one know how i can get it back?

You should call your Carrier Vodafone and check you account , It is our Carrier through which we enjoy those  Proprietary  BlackBerry Services. So please give a call to your Carrier .

Sorry I don't have it , But don't you have any previous bill from your Carrier , search it you'll find the number within there .

Hi there,

 

 

If your Carrier Vodafone offer BlackBerry Service on PAYG account , then you should give them a call to know your account balance .

Iv just been on a chat session with vodafone and all they said what it problem with the server! Theres nothing they can do and it should be working by midnight tonight

As all of our data route through our Carrier Server , we cannot do much if the problem is within our Carrier side .I hope and wish your problem will soon be resolved .

Its giving me the option to purchase it now but it keeps saying the blackberry internet service isn't available on my current price plan , which makes no sense as i have had the same price plan for two years and have always been able to purchase bbm separately

Sorry for the trouble but those pricing are determined by our Carrier , if currently it is not allowing you then I think you should again call your Carrier to confirm it .
