Unable to re-name or even name video files..?

Hi everyone! Basically, my question is right in the subject line.

I currently have my Media Card storage enabled so that I can see my videos, but when I try to edit or rename the video name, I get an error message that reads, "File system error".

I did a battery pull and was able to successfully rename ONE video file. When I tried the next one, the same error message popped up.

Phone info:

Carrier: T-Mobile

Model/OS Info: v. 4.6.1.231 / platform 4.2.0.108

Unfortunately I can't provide a screen cap, as when I have my Memory Card enabled, Capture It does NOT work or save photos -- period. :smileysad:

ANY help on this would be great; Thank you!

Re: Unable to re-name or even name video files..?

Remove your BlackBerry from the USB cable connection to the PC and try renaming the file by going to Media > Menu > Explore.

Scroll to, but DON'T open the video file. Press Menu > Rename.
