Unable to register on bis.eu.blackberry.com

Hi all, 

when I try to register one of my BBs on bis.eu.blackberry.com I get an error telling me "that I can't use a computer browser" and "to use the BB to create the account".

When I try to register through BB I get another error that sounds like "operation not permitted"...

I registered an other account, for a different PIN/IMEI just a couple of weeks ago...what's happening?
