This message keeps on coming up continously, on my BlackBerry Curve.

Cause: The issue occurs when the MemoPad and Tasks applications are not found on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Workaround: To workaround the issue, the MemoPad and Tasks applications will need to be reinstalled onto the BlackBerry smartphone.

Use the link below to find the model number and version of device OS (software) on your device.
The tasks icon should be in the applications folder where you found the memo pad. Once you provide your device information we can give you the best way to check the task database and verify if it's installed correctly.

Do both applications function? Do you use both apps?
Check the application permissions for both tasks and memo pad.
At the main screen click on the options icon>scroll to applications>select Add-on>highlight Tasks>menu key select edit default permissions>
Post back with the info for both the tasks and memo pad apps.
Here is how the options should be set:
Connections - Custom
Interactions - Custom
User data - Allow
