If you don't have a previous back up, DO NOT BACK UP NOW.  You will be backing up the problem.

just wipe the device and start from scratch.  I tried to remove programs from many pc's and it rarely works.  You will save time to start from the factory settings with a fresh device software.

when you removed the application did the device say it needed to reboot and did you let it?

Sorry for not replying sooner... It never asked me to reboot. I manually shut it down and turned it back on.

Hi,

All you need is a PC with Desktop Software loaded on it to reload your backup. Why wouuld you need a mobile network?

I guess I wasn't very clear, sorry: I wiped my blackberry, used my previous backup that I had with my desktop software, and I would like to connect to the internet with my blackberry, but no luck..... nada..nothing. i dunno what to do... any suggestions????
