I have a BB Curve 9300. Whenever a contact phones me, it shows as "unknown number" eventhough the contact is saved in my phone book. Any ideas why or how I can fix this because it's really annoying. Thanks

This typically indicates that you do not have caller ID service enabled on your phone plan. Please contact your wireless service provider for more information.
