Hello,
I am in the process of transfering between networks. My old network (t-mobile) have cancelled my account and I have received my new sim card from my new network (3). The trouble is my phone will not accept my new sim, as i require a subsidy pin to unlock my t-mobile blackberry. I have contacted them, but as the account is now cancelled they can no longer give me the required pin. Instead, they asked me to contact blackberry directly to get the phone unlocked. Can you help?
Thanks

BlackBerry does not unlock devices. Your carrier can do so for free, or you can purchase a low cost unlock code.
See my link below for more information and a highly recommended unlocking service.

You haven't mentioned your mobile model. Anyway, You can get the unlock code for your mobile phone either from your respective network provider or from any trusted vendor online. Before that you can visit http://www.mobileunlockguide.com/blackberry . This site provides free unlocking instruction. This could help you understand unlocking process better.
The model number does not matter for the question asked.
And it's been solved already, no need to repeat almost to the word the exact same information I've already posted.
