Hi,

On my home screen there is an icon I have never seen before. It is a blue square with 2 white lines and a picture of a person.

I dont know what it is or how to get rid of it.

Please help.

I believe that is a BlackBerryID update.

Open your Options or Settings > BlackBerryID and see if you are pegged to update, or on the BlackBerryID screen press the Menu key > Check for Updates.

If still no update, open your AppWorld > MyWorld. Perhaps you'll get the update notice then.
