User name and password

I have received an email from BlackBerry to say email account is currently invalid until i confirm password. I tried to verify on BlackBerry but actually don't know user name or password, have tried all my likely ones but they don't work! Don't remember setting user or password, can't see how to "edit" email account anywhere else. very frustrating as don't understand why this has been "stopped"

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately, from your description, there are 3 different possible credential sets that you could be stuck on -- BB ID, BIS, or email.

BBID might be in place as your portal to your configurations. BIS may instead have it's own credentials so as to protect your email credentials. And your email credentials of course are unique to themselves.

Is there any hint, when it presents the actual pop-up for these credentials, exactly which it is asking for?
