There are many VoIP apps available for BlackBerry smartphone. Some are paid and some are free. Just give a search at App World to find the applications. Amazing thing is that now you can use BBM to BBM VoIP calls and which is free. All you need to have BBM 7.0. To make a call you contact should also have BBM 7.0 installed.
Browser G Chrome and Firefox is not supported in BlackBerry. But you can try OpearMini.
