Viber doesn't work for me! HELP!

My Blackberry 9320 can not download Viber, when I looked for it on the website it said 'It is not availble for your Device Model, Device OS, Carrier and Country combination', I have updated all my softwares for example, BlackBerry App World etc. and updated my phone software, but when I look up 'Viber' on Blackberry app worl it won't find it, my friend also has the same Blackberry as me and can download Viber, but I can't and I don't know why, please help! My OS carrier is OS7 and I looked on the Viber website it is 2.2.104! So why is it not working for me?

Please check here:

From what you describe, I cannot know if the compatibility they list applies to you or not. For device model and OS level, it would appear so. But, for carrier, I cannot tell...all you say is taht your carrier is 3...but they say they are compatible with 3 (AU), 3 (IT), and 3 (MO)...I do not know if your 3 is one of those or not.

 

In any event, if you feel you should be compatible, then contact the developer for assistance...that AW catalog page lists them as support@viber.com

I'm confused by that...In my last post, I directed you to a location on which you can compare your BB, it's OS, and your carrier to those which are compatible with the app, as stated by the developer on the AppWorld catalog page. I also provided you with the email address they provided for contacting the developer should you fully meet their stated compatibility.

So, this reply from you now confuses me...what does not work? You can't read my reply? You can't read the AW catalog page? Something else?

I'd like to try and help you, but I'm quite confused now...

Viber is supported on BlackBerry Z10. Please try download Viber directly from your phone's BlackBerry App World
