Viber facebook apps

Hi. I have a BB bold 9900. I have downloaded Viber and can't get it to connect to facebook keep getting error display has no asnyc, iframe, page, popup, touch. Does anyone know what this means. Thanks

I've done this and still doesn't work. Filled in 2nd request on viber help got 2nd ticket number

I'm using bb curve 9320... I can't connect viber to fb too... Same error message.. I did reinstalled, same thing. Please help!

Sorry I still can't connect the 2. Support from BB and Vibre haven't figured it out either and I gave up trying.
