on different devices/device OS-es files play in different manner.
Try to "play" with different settings. I think there should be settings which are supported by your device operating system.

If you're ok with technical information - I recommend you to check a useful tool: GSpot
It shows what codecs were used to encode a specific movie file.
Use this tool to verify a movie that 100% plays on your device.
And it will show you the codec name that used for this movie creation.

I have bookmarked that page but will give it a miss for now until I understand it better.
I have tried to put an .avi file on my 8320 but it wouldnt work. Just came up with sound but no picture. I have tried different formats using the handbrake tool but got broken sound and no pic.0The avi file was taken on a compact digital camera. Any ideas. This is doing my head in.
