I have finally been able to get the drivers installed and working for a USB connection by downloading the USB drivers from Blackberry.com. I had to uninstall Desktop Manager 4.3, then install the newly downloaded drivers, then reinstall Desktop Manager 4.3. But vista still does not find drivers for bluetooth. The BB connects via bluetooth and will sync and stuff, but vista is still missing those two drivers. Any ideas? Is there a place to get bluetooth drivers?
Thanks!

Does your computer have bluetooth?
I purchased an Accer laptop which promoted its bluetooth function, even has a bluetooth button which says 'no devices found' when pressed, however the laptop was not inbuilt with bluetooth.
Some releases of computers did not build that component into them.

Have the missing bluetooth drivers been found yet?
Vista keeps looking for two drivers that it cannot find.
Does RIM frequent this forum or is there a better/another place to get anwser?

Are you sure you have all the drivers installed for your bluetooth device? I have a dell laptop and I just hit connect and it worked fine. There were no extra "bluetooth drivers" I needed to download. If you need help hit me up on aim or MSN and I will be more than happy to try and help you get it to work. matATX on aim mattATX [at] gmail [dot] com
