WI-Fi connection use

Is it better to connect to Wi-Fi at all times, and use this when possible to brouse internet and send email?

Yes, I prefer it, seems always to be quicker. Especially so if you're on a limited data plan.

Re: WI-Fi connection use

Thanks so much.  Now,  does it use less battery power to use Wi-Fi?

Re: WI-Fi connection use

Nope, no less.

And that is not an actual specific question that can be answered. If you were in a WEAK mobile signal area and you had wifi, and the device kept searching for a mobile network signal, yes then WiFi would use less battery.

The opposite is true as well. If you were in a good mobile signal area and a low WiFi area, and you kept losing WiFi signal, then the WiFi would use more battery.
