I am very new to Blackberry and am still learning how to work with it. I have questions regarding downloads.

I downloaded Brightberry Flashlight - now I can't find it. When I go to the Sprint Store there is a link to Content Manager, but when I click on it, it shows I purchased it but only gives me the option to download it. When I try that again, I get a message that it's already downloaded! Where does it go??  I don't want to purchase anything else until I know what I'm doing.

Also - Facebook app: I can find it, then it disappears. I just don't understand why it's seems do difficult to access it at times.

Any advice or am I hopelessy dim?

Check all folders on the device homescreen... applications, downloads, etc.

If you don't see it, do this: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Look in all areas once again.

Hi, Thanks - I was able to find the falshlight thing (kind of lame, but it works) I will do more research on the boards and tutorials to find out more about downloads. I don't have a folder called downloads, do I don't know...Facebook still is appearing and disappearing...Thank you!

What do you mean by appeearing and disappearing?

The icon, on your BlackBerry device homescreen? Those icons don't just appear and disappear on their own. Usually requires some user interaction
