Hi,
My BB got wet, and spent a few days in rice. It's working now, but when it's off or idle the screen is white instead of black. Any clues as to what this means? Initially, the screen seemed to have water damage, but that's cleared up.
Thanks for any help,

Yuck , sorry to hear. The screen could still have damage, honestly.
Does everything else work fine, buttons, trackball, etc.?
How long did you dry it for?

It was in rice for a couple of days, and it's now been out for a couple. It's slowly been getting back in shape. Initially, the desktop manager wouldn't see the media card. Once it did, I backed it up, for the heck of it. The battery has a dark connector, but it's working. I ordered a new one anyway.
The trackball and buttons are all fine. The camera works. Initially no services were working, but I finally got an email and a voicemail today. Even so, 'ev' only shows up occasionally, and I haven't yet been able to make or receive calls. It sees the mobile network, but commonly isn't connected. Unfortunately, in my home I already got very poor reception, so it's hard to troubleshoot it from here. I wonder if its antenna is weaker?
The screen was initially a mess, but now it looks perfect. I'm wondering if the white isn't a screen problem but something else.
