Wi Fi

I am having loads of trouble trying to get my curve to connect to home wi fi.  I follow all the instructions but nothing happens.  It's every since I got a new superfast hub.  I have contacted my broadband provider who say they can't help me!

Please detail out the exact steps you take and the exact results of each and every step. If any error messages present, the exact and complete contents of those will help greatly in understanding your situation and perhaps providing a solution.

Again -- be detailed...provide everything EXCEPT for things like SSID, passwords, and such.
