Hello

Suddenly my wifi has stopped working on  my phone - 9380 curve with OS7.1.

I am off the data plan temporarily, so am using wifi for browsing, facebook, twitter etc. and all used to work fine.

I can detect my wifi network at home and connect to it also but the applications will not use the wifi connection.

Any help will be appeciated.

Hi kevindez,

The applications you mentioned all require an active data plan from your service provider. I would recommend verifying with them that they support internet access over Wi-Fi without a data plan as this access is managed by them.
