I am unable to access the web using wifi with my BB Curve 8530 right from day one of its purchase. I am told by the customer-support to purchase monthly BB plan to access the internet. Why should I purchase an additional plan to access the internet when i have an exixting plan with another service provider. By blocking the wifi on my phone, does it mean that the Blackberry has unduely charged me for a function that they are not letting me use as per my convenience and liking. I am sure, I have paid somewhere closer to Rs 4,000/- additionally to buy a handset with wifi functionality. I believe it to be an UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE. Can I take legal measures against the manufacture for this restrictive trade practice. Kindly advise.
