Wifi

Been using my wifi from home for years, suddently today it is still saying im connected but nothing is happening when i try and use the browser or apps such as whatsapp.. my facebook is the only app that works but that is minimal for example no pictures etc..ive restrted re connected everything.is there  aproblem?

Have you tried turning off and back on your WiFi connection on your BlackBerry?

Have you done a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot?

Yeah Ive done both those things several million times! My wifi is working fine too cos I can access it through laptop Smiley Sad

Oh gosh, see no one here has crystal balls to see what all you have done in the past, what hasn't worked, etc. We can only go on the information you've provided. Right?

I've also got the same problem. No apps working and the browser isn't working either. It does seem like Blackberry have a problem but can't find anything about it.
