One of our users has Outlook contacts with multiple phone numbers (work, mobile etc.).
His Blackberry is only synching the primary "work" phone number.
we use wireless sync, on a BES.
Some of his contacts appear to have come across with multiple numbers, but some not.
What am I missing?

Welcome to the community..!
Ensure the numbers which are not reflecting are in same column, as the other number which are reflecting.
If you have different column then there may be trouble, as blackberry address book has its own format.
