Thanks for trying. Unfortunately, I only have one option under Call Forwarding and that is "Forward all calls." I do not have the options No Answer or Unreachable. The number that is set there is my office number and it can not be deleted no matter what I do. I think the issue is a Call Forwarding one, but my carrier has not been able to help me. They have been in touch with Blackberry but I have heard nothing back as far as a solution. I will be thrilled if Blackberry or my carrier could solve this problem. It should not be that earth shattering but so far, no one can solve it. It is anoying but I refuse to let it bother me anymore. I am trying to let it go. Thanks anyway Santosue.
PS. We use *720 to cancel call forwarding here in BC.
