I have a Bkackberry Curve 9300
T-mobile phone carrier
Knology is my internet
OS 6 is current on BB
what is wrong with my phone now? I usually get the error "this application has encountered an error and can not continue" I just want my email back. Mostly I get "Your device had a problem connecting to the Server".
I hope you can help.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact TM for formal support.

Thanks for the help. The steps helped but not cut and dry. I am so frustrated that I had to keep fishing around to get the thing to work. The steps are very difficult to understand. They should be simplified even more. I have received emails so we will see how long that works. Thanks again.

email is not downloading and if i try to set it up it says :device has a problem connecting to server.
if i try to register, it says request sent but nothing happens

Then you fall out of the process entirely, as that must succeed before anything else is of use. You need to talk to your mobile service provider (O2, according to your profile here)...it is their network with which your BB is having trouble communicating, and only they can look "behind the scenes" to figure out why.
