Hello all.

I bought a BB Curve 8900 and i can't seem to stream videos form the youtube mobile site. When i try to stream the video it gives me the following error message:

Cannot find web address. Verify that this web address is valid.

Anyone knows why is this?

I've even tried downloading a youtube player from the app store but it also doesn't work...

Welcome to BB Forum.

By doing following thing should fix your issue.

First, shut down the phone and remove the battery and sim. And restart the phone.

This should fix your issue.

have u tried to change ur browser setting? go to your browser and then click menu search for option look for general properties... later on scroll down until u find prompt before.. check the box on switching to wap for streaming media

I bought a Bold 9650 and have not been able to stream a single video from Youtube or other sites. Please how do I correct this problem?
