Hi, thanks for the info..
I've followed those instructions and enbaled my APN, but youtube still won;t work
.
What shall i do? I don't understand why it won't work all of a sudden.

Try also clearing the browser cache... has worked for many users with your issue:

Until today my youtube still doesn't work, I have tried changing mtyTCP settings... Still no change.
I want to reset my device but I'm afraid i might loose all my contacts on my sim and contacts on my BBM. If i back up my device with the Blackberry Desktop Software, will it also back up my BBM contacts? and if I reset my device, will i also have to redownload the apps i currently have now?

if you have BBMessenger v7, your BBM contacts are backed over the air, wirelessly through your BlackBerryID.
Do a desktop software backup first, in order to be able to restore your personal data, etc., after the wipe.
After the reset, and logging back in to your same BlackBerryID, you will have access in AppWorld > MyWorld to all your previous purchases.
Likewise, your wipe has the option to delete apps or not, you choose.

Hi,
So I've upgraded my device software to 6.0 Bundle 3049, my device runs much better now. But, my youtube still won't work after how many weeks ![]()
What I have recentley found out is that when I click on a youtube link on a website such as Facebook or Twitter, it takes me directly to the video and I am able to watch it. But if i go onto m.youtube.com or the youtube app and try to watch videos from there, it keeps saying what it always says "An error has occured attempting to play media."
Do you know any solution to this problem?

Similarly someone posted in another thread here that if you go to that Youtube video from a Google search link, it will play.
