app world is not working using wifi

hi,

    L have bb 9300 version 6.0 bundle 2475,app world is not working using wifi ,when i open app world using wifi a window open says that make sure that wifi is open

Does app world work when just using your carrier network? I assume you have a blackberry data plan rather than a standard carrier data plan?

yes,I have but sometimes i close the service it does work with wifi
