i have been hitting the net pretty hard trying to find a cure for this and no luck :-(
upgraded to a blackberry, interernet active as of the 2nd... internet works fine, bbm works... updated app world and since then, nothing!
at the moment im getting "we cannt connect you to blackberry app world..."
any ideas? from looking online it seems to be a pretty common problem

Please perform a Battery Pull Restart and try to Refresh your Service Book have a look at this :

followed all the steps, now all i get is error 40820 :-(

If you are receiving this error message (error 40820 ) then I would like you to have a look at this article of KB I hope you can figure it out KB28188 .Try it and let us know.
