Sorry, but you'll need to provide a bit more details...for instance, is the audio file you receive of a format that is compatible with the BB Media Player? You may need to check your BB user guide to find out.
Further - Is there an error message presented when you attempt to play the file? If so, what is the complete and exact content of that error message?
